- Upon receiving your DNA kit, make sure to register it following the instructions inside your kit. Then, collect your DNA sample in the comfort of your own home and return it to the lab using the pre-paid envelope.
- After the lab receives your swabs, you'll receive an email notifying you. Then, you will receive your personalized Nutrition & Fitness Genetics Report in about 3-4 weeks via email. To further customize your Personalized Vitamins, add the results from your Genetics report to your assessment.
